In 2022, Energie Beheer Nederland made further progress in making the so-called energy value chain more sustainable, thereby making a substantial contribution to accelerating the energy transition and the Climate Goals. From a financial point of view, the company had an exceptional year, mainly due to the extreme gas prices as a result of the international gas crisis. Turnover increased by about 300 percent to EUR 12 billion, the net result amounted to EUR 4.3 billion.
