Annual report 2020

EBN has published its 2020 annual report with the theme: ‘Connecting today with tommorow’.

Energie Beheer Nederland (EBN) had a year with two faces in 2020. On the one hand, EBN achieved results in making the gas value chain more sustainable and took steps in the development of projects for geothermal heat and CO2 storage. In this way we make a substantial contribution to accelerating the energy transition. On the other hand, EBN was also affected by the poor market conditions for gas extraction  and last year ended up with a negative financial result of 364 million.
